As a "soft" measure supporting digital economy enterprises going global, complementing the Beijing Digital Economy Enterprise Innovation Service Base, the "Digital Economy Enterprise Group Going Global Program" aims to create a digital economy globalization alliance that shares resources and fosters collaborative innovation. The program offers full-chain, comprehensive support to enterprises, helping them enhance competitiveness in international markets.

In its journey to becoming a leading digital transformation partner, Digital China continues to expand into high-value businesses and new tracks, making the acceleration of overseas layouts and breakthroughs in overseas business part of its new strategic layout. Early this year, Digital China officially announced its "going global" strategy, establishing an international business headquarters in Shenzhen and signing a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Thailand's Ministry of Digital Economy and Society. It announced plans to base its operations in Thailand and reach and cover Southeast Asia, accelerating its international deployment.

By deeply participating in the "Digital Economy Enterprise Group Going Global Program," Digital China will work more closely with the Beijing Digital Economy Enterprise Innovation Service Base and numerous digital economy partners to accelerate its global expansion. It aims to provide comprehensive digital transformation solutions and high-quality, efficient services to domestic and foreign enterprises at different stages of digital transformation, aiding the global digital transformation.

Deeply Engaging in Digital Transformation, Several Cases Selected for Authoritative Case Collections

With the rapid rise of generative artificial intelligence, the core digital competitiveness of enterprises is being redefined. In this context, Digital China has embarked on an AI-driven "Cloud-Data Integration 2.0" era, committed to accelerating the deep integration of AI with various industries, helping enterprises achieve business innovation and value reshaping.

Based on years of profound accumulation in the field of digital transformation and cutting-edge exploration in AI, Digital China had four cases selected for the "2024 China Cloud Ecosystem Typical Application Case Collection": "Intelligent Solution for Medical Device Industry," "Digital Clerk Case for Human Resources and Social Security," "Evidence-based Medicine and Pharmaceutical Representative Training in the Pharmaceutical Healthcare Field," and "Automotive Manufacturing Supply Chain Optimization." Additionally, "The Overall Data Security Solution for the Fourth Phase of Golden Tax" was included in the "Data Element Typical Cases," and "Large Model Platform Empowering Tasly Pharmaceutical Group to Reduce Costs and Increase Efficiency" was selected for the "2024 Artificial Intelligence LLM Application Typical Cases."

Zhu Bin, Deputy General Manager of Digital China's Middle Platform, represented the company at the award ceremony.

Leveraging AI-driven capabilities, Digital China's AI-native enabling platform - Smart Vision - utilizes generative AI to help clients across different industries build efficient and iterative AI development environments under various scenarios. This allows clients to more rapidly integrate their business needs with LLM technologies, achieving the intelligence of business processes. In the pharmaceutical field, it quickly assists HCP personnel in evidence-based practices and literature review, training medical representatives through simulated interactive dialogues, significantly enhancing their professional capabilities; in the field of medical devices, by generating, summarizing, importing knowledge bases to create training content, simulating judges' questions, it multiplies the communication efficiency between clients and external institutions, as well as the success rate of product market reviews; in the public service areas, it supports a provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security in launching a digital clerk project. Through one-on-one intelligent Q&A, multi-channel responses, and an enriched business knowledge base, it significantly improves the service quality and efficiency of government departments, enhancing the public's sense of gain and satisfaction.

Capitalizing on technical advantages throughout the full cycle of data value mining, including data governance, data exploration, model training, and strategy application, Digital China's digital transformation empowerment capability is also demonstrated in the automotive industry, effectively predicting and optimizing the demand for aftermarket parts, achieving overall improvement in inventory management and service levels.

With deep cultivation in the field of data security, Digital China modularizes its data governance and data security capabilities, offering data security capabilities tailored to different data security scenarios, aiding the construction of the fourth phase of the Golden Tax System and providing digital momentum for smart taxation.

Green Intelligent Computing Promotes High-Quality Development of the Power Industry

As the pace of digital transformation accelerates, there is a significant increase in computing power demand. Computing infrastructure driven by electricity generates substantial carbon emissions, posing challenges to China's goals of reaching a carbon peak and achieving carbon neutrality. Thus, not only within the power industry but also across all sectors in the era of digital economy, transforming computing infrastructure towards green and low-carbon becomes a focus of concern.

At the "Cloud Fusion Technology Innovation Leadership Forum," Digital China presented solutions for promoting the implementation of green intelligent computing in the era of multi-cloud and heterogeneous architectures. Faced with the practical demands of intelligent computing in the current era such as multi-cloud, heterogeneous, and green computing, along with complex heterogeneous compatibility issues among computing clusters and within clusters, Digital China's subsidiary Shenzhou Kuntai integrates heterogeneous computing resources to create the Heterogeneous Intelligent Scheduling Operation Platform (HISO), achieving virtualization or pooling of GPU resources and completing computing power scheduling across clusters. It establishes the Heterogeneous Intelligent Computing Acceleration Platform (HICA), shielding the underlying computational ecosystem differences within clusters and solving internal cluster computing power scheduling optimization issues. Meanwhile, by establishing a diversified intelligent computing architecture that is high-throughput, highly parallel, efficient, and low-energy consuming, it helps clients break through computational bottlenecks with "fast deployment and low investment," achieving better performance, lower costs, and higher energy efficiency in intelligent computing solutions.
